Red numbers in Silkeborg

Half-year accounts show a deficit of nine million krones. It is not just on the pitch that SAS League pulled Silkeborg faces a major challenge. The latest half-yearly in the middle of Jutland club figures show more red than first expected.

Silkeborg has a deficit of nine million krones before taxes as a result of the club's commitment to promotion to the SAS League.

Silkeborg must lower down expectations for full year results. Initially the club had forecast a deficit of four to six million before tax, but now sounds the expectation of a result which is eight to ten million krones before taxes.
