AIK Sell Two And Buy Four Players

Some strange things happened at Solna this summer AIK got rid of the experienced players Bojan Djordjic and Martin Mutumba, both sold to the Hungarian side Videoton, which finished second in the domestic championship. Thus Djordjic and Mutumba will miss out the opportunity of playing some Champions League football with AIK.

But the team from Solna has strengthened too by buying not less than four new players. First one is an old face - Robert Ahman-Persson from Malmo FF, who has already played for the current champions between 2004-2007. The second acquisition is the 28-year old midfielder Helgi Danielsson from Hertha, who has previous experience in Allsvenskan with Elfsborg and Osters IF. The last two players to join AIK are both strikers - Admir Catovic from Vasby and Goran Ljubojevic from Zagreb.
