Banega attracts Everton's attention

Everton will try to obtain a work permit for Argentine international midfielder Ever Banega. The Toffees want to sign him on a season-long loan deal from Valencia, with a clause for a permanent transfer. Valencia signed him from Boca Juniors in January for 15.4m pounds but he spent last season on loan at Atletico Madrid.

Moyes is also looking for another centre-back, with Middlesbrough's Robert Huth overtaking Philippe Senderos of Arsenal as the main target.
