Mark Hughes flies on business to Spain.

Mark Hughes met with Barca president Joan Laporta and sporting director Tiki Beguiristain as the Spanish side looks desperate to sign Brazilian forward Robinho in January. City expressed interest in former Arsenal captain Thierry Henry who was left on the bench on Saturday night.

Hughes is also believed to have set his sight on the 20-year-old right back Cesar Azpilicueta. Azpilicueta is scouted by a bunch of clubs, among which are  City, Arsenal and Manchester United.
