Kjaer snubs Man City

Kjaer confirmed his words that he will not contemplate a transfer before the World Cup. Man City have been reported to table 18 million pounds for the Dane, only to see his rejection. There are a lot of courters for the promising defender, Manchester United and Rubin Kazan being a couple of them.
