Xerez fire coach Ziganda

Jose Angel Ziganda has been dismissed from his position as a coach of Xerez due to the despicable performance of the team in their first-ever Primera Division campaign. Deportivo Xerez have lost 16 games and managed to score only seven goals in 17 matches. Xerez are currently at the foot of the Primera Division table, six points apart from Real Zaragoza and eight points from safety.Technical secretary Antonio Poyatos will be in charge of the team until a permanent replacement is found.
